'On-Target' Massage

Sinus Cupping Massage

This is a massage that is done to the face and neck only. Cups are used to move the Lymphatic fluid in your system reducing the congestion and puffiness due to drainage from your sinuses. Complimentary scalp massage included.

Belly Massage

Belly massage is a type of massage that works solely on the abdomen. This type of massage relaxes the stomach muscles so that we can work on muscles that involve low back pain, some pain related to "sciatic nerve" issues, discomfort of the abdomen, bowel issues, cramping, some PMS issues, and more. 

Halotherapy (Dry Salt Therapy)

Dry Salt Therapy acts to cleanse the respiratory system and the skin, which helps to relieve congestion, inflammation, and skin conditions. Sessions are non- invasive.

AquaMassage

This is a relaxing AquaMassage! This massage requires no clothes to be taken off. You will be placed on the massager on your belly. The machine will slowly come down over you covering you with a water proof lining to keep you 100% dry. Then 36 water jets will move up and down your body to deliver a relaxing ‘hands-free’ massage. (*For those who are claustrophobic: The machine does have an emergency stop button that will cut the machine off and raise when pressed.*)

Emotional Muscle Testing

Our muscles have memory. When you go through traumatic situations, the muscles will store those memories in the muscles. For instance, let's say you are in a car accident. Your body will remember the way it tensed with a particular emotion that you had during that moment. When that emotion comes up again, your muscles will remember how it tensed before and will repeat it. That is how you keep getting the same issue coming back again and again. We can muscle test to see if some of your issues are from past experiences and resynchronize that emotion to stop the cycle. This type of work can be really helpful for chronic pain.
