Full Body Massage

60 minutes: $70

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved posture, and greater flexibility. Due to time constraints there is not enough time to do focused work on one area. 

Cupping Massage

60 minutes: $70
90 minutes: $100
120 minutes: $140

This is a massage that uses cups in places that do not have a good range of motion or just feels "stuck". Cupping does leave markings on your skin that can last anywhere from 2 hours to 2 weeks. Everyone is different and it is according to your health is how long the cup marks will last.

'On-Target' Massage

30 minutes: $45
60 minutes: $70

Ever had one spot that is hurting with no relief? That is what our 'On-Target' massage targets. We will massage the area that is giving you the most problems whether it be your feet, legs, arms, back, or shoulders. 

Sinus Cupping Massage

30 minutes: $45

This is a massage that is done to the face and neck only. Cups are used to move the Lymphatic fluid in your system reducing the congestion and puffiness due to drainage from your sinuses. Complimentary scalp massage included.

Belly Massage

90 minutes: $110

Belly massage is a type of massage that works solely on the abdomen. This type of massage relaxes the stomach muscles so that we can work on muscles that involve low back pain, some pain related to "sciatic nerve" issues, discomfort of the abdomen, bowel issues, cramping, some PMS issues, and more. 

Halotherapy (Dry Salt Therapy)

10 minutes: $25

Dry Salt Therapy acts to cleanse the respiratory system and the skin, which helps to relieve congestion, inflammation, and skin conditions. Sessions are non- invasive.
